Chaturbhai Gajera was a hardworking man in the small village of Gujarat, India. He had a dream to provide financial security to his family and community. He believed that people should be able to protect themselves, their families and their businesses from uncertainties and disasters.

In June 1996, Chaturbhai decided to take a step towards his dream and founded Gajera Insurance. With 26 years of experience in the insurance field, he quickly became successful. Within 4 years, he had insured over 3500 families and 12000 individual policies with Gajera Insurance.

Then Mayank Gajera join a family business. In November 2008, he decided to make his dream a reality by starting a venture into the insurance and financial services business. With the help of his family and friends, Mayank was able to get his business off the ground relatively quickly. He began offering services such as life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund investments. Over the years, he was able to build up a strong client base and managed an AUM of 5 crore in 2015.

In 2015, Mayank made one of the biggest decisions for his young business - to change its name from Varni Insurance & Financial Services to Mayank Gajera Insurance & Financial Services. He wanted to show the world that he had come into his own as a successful entrepreneur – something that other businesses in this field could not boast about.
